Hi, I've got an annoying problem that I've been searching the solution to for up to 10 hours of searchtime now. It seems that nobody anywhere has had this problem, or perhaps they were able to fix it easily, but I doubt it.
The problem is occuring on my Inspiron 6400, with Vista Home Premium edition.
So I read that there is a problem with MediaDirect that requires attention, concerning memory leakage and whatnot. I haven't had this problem as far as I can tell, but I just can't get the patch to work...
This is the error message I'm getting:
Unable to install Patch!
Your system must have PowerCinema version 4.7 installed.
Installation will abort.
The weirdest thing about it is that I can't find ayone out there who has had this problem, but maybe you guys can help (I sure hope so!).
I've already tried patching with the newest PowerCinema installed, to no avail.
