hey guys, I recently emailed pctorque about my laggy system (p4 2.6 gig, 512 ram and 128 mobile radeon 5670) and asked about the upgrade to the 5680 model. He wrote me back that before I even think about upgrading he suggest that I "clean the heatsink fans"

I unscrewed the bottom part that is the cover for the fans and cleaned that cover off, but that is it. I searched the forums for a guide and was kinda lost and found nothing. I only got to the two fans being exposed, but saw no heatsink and choose to ask you folks.
Please point me in the right direction here!
