FSC Amilo M 3438G Backlight

Hi,

Whenever I turn on my laptop, it shows the startup screen perfectly as normal for about one second until it just goes away. If you look close up enough to the screen, you can just about see it.

Luckily, I have it connected to an external monitor and I am able to type this.

If anyone knows what is the problem, please reply.

Also, when I close and open the lid of my laptop, it also shows the screen again quickly for a minor second.

does moving the screen forward and backward make any difference? or it is only on when 1st start and just when u were about to open and close the lcd

might check for some loose connection first (http://www.lcds4less.com/laptop-lcd-...ructions.shtml) and see
