Dell Restore Problems - Think you can help?

Hi, recently I imaged my hard drive using paragon drive-backup 8.5 professional. That was the first time with use of that program. It broke the images up into 2GB sizes. After the images was made and placed on another hard drive, I decided that it was safe to install ubuntu and dual boot with my Windows XP Media Center. (By the way, I have an Inspiron E1505). I installed Ubuntu and it seemed to dual boot fine, until a few days later, I turned the computer on and it just kept restarting itself. I couldn't even get to the Dell Restore by pressing CTRL+F11 at startup. The blue www.dell.com bar at the top wouldn't even come up before the computer would restart. I used Knoppix to get into my partition and save some of the more recent files that I wanted. I then proceeded to try and restore my image to my hard drive using paragon cd. The restore definitely DIDN'T work! I can't figure out a way to restore the dell partition onto the hard drive and use the dell restore to start over. Nothing will work. I have the files off of the image that I had created that were contained in the Dell Restore image. I still have the 2GB images as they contain files that I have access to. I can't figure out a way to get my dell restore back and get my computer back to factory defaults, at least! I would rather use the dell restore than reformat the computer and install fresh, becuase drivers and everything else, just don't work as good as the dell restore. Can anyone help me get my dell restore partition back and restore my computer. I know that my dell restore partition was only 4.37GB and a configuration file of some odd amount of MBs. I need my dell restore and DELL can't help. Can you?????

I don't think that anyone will be able to figure this out, especially because I can't seem to figure it out. Give me some help or some ideas. Thanks!
