I've had vista for awhile and Windows7 since the pre-beta. I'll never look at XP again...

They installed Vista at work, only because the new hardware has vista-only drivers, so we don't have a choice. There isn't any other frills that would make you want to upgrade. In fact the extra hours you need to get used to the new locations e.g computer properties, tailor settings ..etc is not worth it (assuming you had a choice).

Choose classic XP mode - Voila.
