excellent work I think since i have never done a build myself (aways have other people do it)

make sure you take that heatpipe crap to the metal scrappers. You can get cash for it

Thanks DB. If only I had money and sponsers flowing out of my ears, I'd be done and on my 15th build like you.

Didn't know I could sell the stock heatpipe anywhere. I'm going to keep it, in case I have to RMA or sell the mobo someday.

Oh it's some crappy crap stuff that they GLUE on. I knew it would be like that on the Maximus Formula, but I thought maybe they changed it on these. Nope. I had to take a can of compressed air to the heatsinks to freeze it off. Only took 30 secs or so and it popped right off.

Took longer removing the old crap though.

and the top of the case. Six holes for the fan wires, I'm thinking about adding leds to each hole, plus the two for the watercooling tubes.

Keep in mind, this is my first time cutting metal like this.
