I have formatted my hard drive and started from scratch on XP Pro and have found most of the drivers I need, but I am missing the driver that allows the computer to go on "standby" or "hibernate." Also, when I start up the computer for the first time after a shut-down, it doesn't start up the first time and I have to turn it off and on again to get it to start properly. Any suggestions?
