hey i have a new gateway laptop and i bought it from a friend who only had it for a few months. anyway, she didnt get any cd's with the machine and i was wondering how to do a factory reset with it? i have done it with other machines like hp and toshiba, but i cant find out how to do it on a gateway. that is do a factory reset without a cd. so if anyone knows how to do i would really appreciate it. thank you.
