Fn+Volume buttons doesn't work

i have asus g2pb with winxp and Fn+F10(F11, F12) does not regulate my volume
all other Fn combinations works propertly

anybody give me some help...

I've read somewhere that the cause of that is the removal of HControl.

I'm guessing you tried to remove excess ASUS software, you can probably restore it using the system restore disk you were provided with the notebook.
