70-90fps in any game at any res is perfect, yer eyes cant even see much past 23fps, yer eyes can only see diffrence in changing of fps (hence, lag)
2 gigs is perfectly fine for a gaming rig still
games need to be able to use it, same with dual and quad core, if a game isnt writen to see it, use it, and abuse it, then it wont
windows 32bit can see 3.somthing gb of ram, and use it, 64bit can see somthing upwords of 16gb or somthing, maybe higher, prolly way higher
