SigmaTel 9250 driver for XP MT6705

Hi. I cant find the SigmaTel 9250 driver for XP. Model MT6705. Motherboard: Intel 943GML and IEEE 1394 (FRU). I've the kb888111 patch installed and still nothing. Please, i work with audio,help me!

Mine is NX570X. I renamed default driver folder name to driver name and version. I also cannot install from exe file; after rebooting, I was prompted an error message "This system does not support the driver you are attempting to install." Use the following steps; it works for me.

Installing Sigmatel Audio Driver -
1) Right click My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager
2) Expand System devices
3) Right click on ? (Yellow)
4) Select Update Driver
5) Yes, this time only > Install from a list or specific location
6) Browse Sigmatel Audio Driver 5.10.4717\WDM
a) It will install Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition Audio
7) Browse same Sigmatel Audio Driver 5.10.4717\WDM again
a) It will install Sigmatel Audio Driver
8) Browse Motorola Modem Driver version 6.11.11.03\ x32
a) It will install Motorola Modem Driver version

no need for password, gateway has moved almost all drivers away from ftp servers to their normal support site

the exe file u wanted in question can be downloaded from here:

I downloaded D00460-003-001.exe, but it's not avalable for or XP MT6705, D00460-003-001.exe no support XP MT6705, can you help me again ? thanks

The file doesn't support my gateway 8715 either, but I used it with the KB888111 hotfix and it works like a charm, I was using a newer version of the drivers which wasn't working because I think the new drivers only work with vista and up probably. Just remove your current sigmatel drivers from add/remove and load the KB888111 file then install the new sigmatel drivers. I am so happy I found this forum, I can hear now! :P
