SR5 question for Pat@Hyp

I posted this in another thread but I doubt it'll get seen, so:

Can someone, perhaps Pat, explain why there are no options for either a spare battery pack or a AC/DC car adapter on the SR5 customization page?

Can someone also tell me if the 9-cell battery is the only available one for the laptop and whether that's the one which sticks out the back.

Additional batteries are not readily available for this model. We do not offer AC/DC car adapters on our customization page, but I am sure that these can be purchased from a third party vendor.

This 9 cell is the only battery available for this notebook, and it does stick out of the back.

Thanks for the replies, Pat. Any idea when HPS will be able to ship spare batteries along with the system?

no idea as of yet. As soon as we are able to, they will be on the customization page as well as our Outlet Store.
