Please help with new MBP!

Hello,

I just bought a new MacBook Pro yesterday, with Mac OS X 10.4. How do I install Windows XP? My university's stupid VPN client isn't working, so I can't get internet access at home with my MAC.

Actually first get your University to fix their stinkin VPN.

Then if you still need to for whatever reason, Google Boot Camp.

I was fairly sure that VPN access worked natively in OS X... I guess it really is their (school's) fault.

So, request a fix, or google BootCamp, VMWare Fusion, or Parallels.

My university uses "Cisco VPN Client 4.9.01-u" for Mac computers. Hope that helps a little.

the final official version of Bootcamp will be released with Leapord, but you can use a beta version in the mean time.
