Enough juice?

Thread Starter
I just bought a new laptop. I hope it has enough 'juice' and extras to play games on. I know it's old, but I love NHL 2001 and have hardly been able to play it since I bought it five years ago. The laptop I currently have has more juice than it requires yet it won't play. Because of XP? My new laptop will be Vista. Hope that won't be a problem. But I think it's a video card problem. I also purchased the gold addition of the term-based strategy game "Galactic Civiliazations 2." I hope this new laptop will finally allow me to play them!

your video card is kind of weak. I auggest the 8600GT at the minimum. It deoends on what you want to do w/ hte laptop. If youre a hardcre gamer, this system wont suffice
