ACER Ferrari 4000 series--Windows Installer Broken

The windows installer on my computer is broken and I have re-installed it yet it continues to not work. Any ways to fix this? I need this fixed ASAP!

try to do a full reformat of your hard drive ie: equip urself with a genuine wondows XP/vista cd. Make sure u back up all your important stuff before diong this as this will wipe your hard drive clean.

First off, please explain what are you trying to do. Are you trying to reset the Ferrari back to factory settings or installing a fresh version of Windows on the machine? Resetting the Ferrari back to the machine can be done through the Acer manager. This will format your C: drive and reinstall the factory image from the back up partition on your hard disk if you haven't removed it. It will be as the first day you pulled the machine from it's box. It's a very straight forward process. If you are trying to reinstall a fresh version of Windows then at what part of the instillation are you failing at? Do you even get to the Windows set up screens? Please be more specific.
