I hope not, but the webpage has been down for about 4 days and nobody answers the phone. I was actually going to buy my 2nd laptop. It was quite unprofessionally run i must say - just the laptops were good. They had the same poor kid doing help desk, sales enquiries & tech support. Where will i get a lappy from now

Hi #dogg. Looks like Moidock found some useful info. I purchased a desktop from AW Australia about 3 years ago, when they first opened. Service was, to say the least, non-existent. Once I found one contact person, things got fixed and I've really enjoyed the Aurora 7500. I would not buy from them again without having lots of discussion up front, and getting some assurance that you would have a single point of contact...

shaz, i`m suprised such a high profile company has let such a bunch of tossers run it here in aust. They need a heavy duty yank rep to come out & just say, - shit guys, this just is`nt good enough. It`s like anyone who had enough cash got the pacific rim whether they could run a company or not.
