under the alps properties/advanced settings there is an option for sample rate and buffer size. would changing these remove the 1/4 sec lag that some people have reported on this forum? what exactly does the buffer size do?

I have this memory installed in my Inspiron 14R. 6gb (one 2gb & one 4gb). Great performance! I highly recommend Kingston.

Well what can I say, I needed that little bit of extra storage that as a family we could all use. After searching around I narrowed it down to three suppliers, not the cheapest, but all well...

This is an awesome mouse with an excellent grip for a mid sized to large size hand. Right-handed, comfortable, trendy, upscale, red, responsive, functional, task oriented. Overall A+++

strange. My previous post did not get posted. Well I've been messing around with the settings for the touchpad and found that the maximum packets is 300 while the minimum is 100. There is no noticable difference between max and min, or at 200. There is sitll lag. However, I did try disabling "search for wheel" and it minimized some of the lag
. I don't think that the touchpad will scroll now tho. But I am not sure because I have scrolling disabled anyways because I use page down instead. And because the alps driver would cause lockups.
