These are the guidelines that EVERYONE that posts in this section MUST abide by. It will be hotlinked in each "driver thread" I post about new releases.
Rules for Posting
1.) Please SEARCH before asking questions. If something has been answered before, there's no need to start a new thread about the SAME topic.
2.) DETAILS!!!. The more information we know about your problem, the better we can help you.
3.) Please post your laptop's specs in your signature. If we don't know what hardware you're running, we're gonna ask you, and become irritated because we had to ask. Save us and yourself some agony and keep ahead of the game.
4.) If you're updating your driver, PLEASE follow the directions in THIS THREAD. Again, we're gonna ask you to do it anyways, so just do it!
5.) Finally, and foremost, posting your 3DMark scores and complaining if they decreased is not constructive. It provides NO information to people looking for information on a driver release. 3DMark scores are perfectly fine, if they're also alongside real gaming results. How is someone to know how a game like Oblivion or Fallout 3 performs if all they get for feedback is 3DMark scores? THEY CAN'T!!!
If Rule Number 5 is broken, the offending post will be edited and its contents removed, and replaced by a nice large, red, BOLDED link to these rules.
These rules are here for a reason, so please take the time to read them before posting. We have a large community of members looking for feedback and assistance, so the better you do, the better we can do to help you.
I will update this as needed with modified/new rules if necessary.
