im using XTreme-G MobileForce VS 101.41 M6 with the 7900gs and vista.

i see there are 2 new drivers out, any point of updating? And what driver?

Yes there is, because starting with the 163.44 release, NVidia has made some rather large advancements in the performance of these drivers. The 163.44's were released as a "Bioshock Performance Driver" and as such, seemed to boost performance across the whole spectrum.

Aside from that particular driver, the 156.55's from Laptopvideo2go.com are a very solid performer also. These drivers are the FIRST Vista driver to be released with FULL mobile support. By that I mean they support Powermizer features that the previous desktop modded drivers just couldn't deliver. These are the drivers I am using and testing currently, and we hope to deliver a MobileForce product for this set in the very near future.

So yes, in short, you should probably update your drivers and give one of the newer sets a shot. You should see a very nice improvement.
