Restoring Factory Defaults

I bought an ASUS PR031Jseries laptop today, however it was a store display. I want to reset it to factory defaults so it's just like one out of the box. It came with a recovery disc but I have no idea how to go about restoring the laptop so its just the way a new laptop ought to be.
Can someone please help me!!

press F10 by start to get into the recovery process
