I just want to throw out a big Thanks to Warner @ Alienware. He seriously helps every single person on the customer support forums. If anyone has not been satisfied by his endless need to help each and every alienware owner then please take 3 steps back on a 2 step cliff and fall, otherwise have a great day and "game on"

Wow thats a really encouraging story I really hope my issues get resolved too, its great to see some people are having good experiences with alienware and that my original decision to buy one wasnt totally flawed!
