Hey,
I'm looking for the link to the dell refurnished products, today I searched many times and I coudn't find it.

And the dell chat support people are so stupid, he tells me they don't sell refurnished products, I clearly saw many refurnished products for sale the other day on the dell website.

It's REFURBISHED btw. Proabably why the chat guy was confused.

But, on Dell.com there should be a link at the top of the page to the outlet. Sometimes you have to go a-huntin' for it.

Thanks for the info. Do the refurbished desktops come with monitors? and do the refurbished products come with warranty or can you get warranty on them?

My scratch/dent m1210 came with the same one year warranty as a new one and was nearly perfect. It has a few tiny specs of white paint.

I don't know if the desktops come with monitors or not, but i would not hesitate to buy another system sold as scratch/dent or refurbished.

If a refurbished desktop comes with a monitor it should say so in the listing. As far as the warranties. Refurbished systems have the same warranty as that particular model when new (typically 1 year for Home systems, and 3 for the business class systems.) You can purchase additional warranty just like you do with a new system.

I've purchased 4 systems from the Dell Outlet over the last several years. So far a great experience, saved a lot of money and wouldn't buy new.

The prices seem to be great, but I tried to get one and it doesn't have a option for shipping to Canada, its just us.
On dell.ca, which is the Canadian site for dell, they don't have any dell outlet, or maybe I coudn't find it.
