How to enable Ps2 mouse Scroll wheel

Ok, so I hooked up my Ps2 mouse to my 5680 and it works fine but the scroll wheel won't scroll up or down. I know windows see's the 3rd button cuz when I press the 3rd button it will give me those up-down arrows. I could scroll like that but it gets annoying.

How do I go about activating the scrolling option? Thx.

Mine worked fine out of the box but I think I read a thread several months ago that talked about changing settings in the Synaptic TouchPad utility (check your system bar). Hopefully that will fix you up.

-)V(isitic, my suggestion is to uninstall the synaptics touchpad driver, install the mouse driver then reinstall the touchpad driver. I had this problem with my Logitech wheel mouse and doing it that way fixed it really well, I now have the best of both devices.
