I have decided to send my nc8000 back to HP before my 30 days is up. I could not get the vid card problem fixed with a clean install or by doing anything else everyone here suggested. Has anyone returned a notebook to HP and if so how did you do it? Do they ask for specific reasons and if so what should I tell them? I am not sure what reason(s) I should give them. I am worried that if I tell them there is a problem they will insist on fixing it. Any help and advice will be appreciated!
