Installing Linux on my 5720?

Hi, I'm interested in installing Suse Linux 10.2 onto my 5720 and having a dual-boot linux/windows machine. I have never installed linux and never dealt with installing onto a machine with another OS already present. I am just wondering if anyone knows where I can find some step by step instructions or at least a bit of guidance?

Would be greatly appreciated.
