arrrggh... sd reader on xps 1330 not working

no idea why.. I get an exclapamtion point over the reader in device manager.
I have xps 1330 with all the bells and whistles, including sprint evdo card (an external evdo card interfered with my sd reader on my inspron 9300).

Anyone have this problem and, how can I fix?
