Wireless has died

My wireless has been working fine then yesterday it just died. I had to go to Kinko's to get online. I've gone to other hotspots and it says it says no wireless networks in range. Make sure the wireless switch on your computer is on. When ever i refresh it says in the baloon at the bottom "Wireless network is not connected, Wireless network unavailable. Same thing if i click repair network. I have a Sentia 3450 is there some kind of off and on switch for the wireless card that i may have accidentally switched off? I'm leaning towards thinking that the card has just blown away. i really hope not. Has there been a problem with the wireless card blowing out?

yes there are two possible ways you have disabled your wireless...

i believe, off the top of my head if you press Function + F11, that enables/disables the wifi. (Fn + F11)

There also might be a switch towards the front of the notebook, but that just might be in the older models.

Does it show up in device manager?
