My TZ190 has been troubled since I first got it and removed the bloatware -- it will not resume from sleep mode w/o a hang -- the fingerprint reader doesn't work -- USB connected flash drive or HD do not work -- and when I try to open outlook or doing almost anything after resuming my whole computer hangs -- very frustrating!

Sony support told me to go into BIOS and reset to default which I did -- that seemed to work .... once! Now it's back to the same behavior and I haven't done anything!
