I think total of 2300 and another 200 for the second card. I think that is a total of 2500. The spec is as in my signature.

And I have to say weekends don't count hehe. The first time I went thru that was not pleasant but now I am resistant to depot visit. To tell you the truth, this laptop is the only system I had but having no system to work for 3 straight weeks for school works really hurts me but that doesn't count towards bad experience with Alienware. I dealt that by going the the school computer lab (wish they were Alienware-s)

Thanks man appreciate it. Yeah I hope readers won't confuse this as a bad message from Alienware. Alienware is a good company, but this bad experience telling us that nothing is perfect. Of course there are some weaknesses including this, which we must improve and correct.

I wasn't writing anything until today because I personally think (and did tell Alienware) that do complains or ranting online without no purpose (expect for hurting your own feelings) won't do any good for the customer (experience) and the company (reputations) at all. So it is better I stick with them, be patient and let them know my status.

But like I said, some of the agents has taken me for granted. So I feel bad to letting this slip online but I think it is necessary since they have not take my case and system seriously as I take their policies while I am being a supportive and loyal customer.

So, how is your notebook at the moment?

My notebook is on it's route to the factory again. I received it yesterday at 9.32 am according to the Fedex site (as recorded) and it received it's third RMA email on 10.45am which means I have to send back my laptop an hour after I received from the second visit to the depot which is ridiculous and unnecessary.

thanks Spartan ! However, I just received an email from critical team on behalf of the president. His email was disappointing. All he did is repeating the "high quality" depot facility services and under priority bla bla. I did received that last two weeks. Now not even in two hours I already have to experience this AGAIN; for the third time within 8 months. Clearly I am not satisfied with this experience, seems no one even give a damn about my case except for Spartan, shame on Alienware.

Man. That really sucks. Now all we can do is hope that they repair your notebook right THIS time. But, even if they don't, just keep bringing up the issue, der_red. Be persistent yet professional. My notebook is in repairs at AW right now. Hope everything goes well.

Yeah hopefully it will. I talked to the Critical Issue team agent today and basically my system received a top priority inspection. I hope this time they got things right. Let's hope yours are too. I'll keep us updated once I received it late this week or early next week.

I'm glad I got the Critical Issue team's attention now. Please please don't upset me this time.

That's good news der_red! Yeah they should get it right this time.
Just called AW today, my notebook is under "diagnostic's" at the moment. I asked him what exactly they are doing to my notebook at this stage, and he said they try to recreate the problem that I had, so that they can fix it. And if they can't, then they will call me for help. And I asked him how often does it happens when a person would have to send in their notebook two or three times for repairs and he told me that it doesn't happen too often. So, I hope that this won't happen to me. All right now, stop worrying for now......
