dead pixels

I am nervous about the dead pixel warranty you offer for $200.00 on the np2090.
If I don't get it I have a feeling i will get a screen with dead pixels. By not getting it can i return if I have dead pixels?
Please explain more.

Please give me a call at 1-800-346-6986. I would need your order number and then I can help you step by step to getting your notebook repaired.

Greenmeanie,
If you purchase the dead pixel policy and receive one or more dead pixels you can return your notebook and get a new screen. If you don't purchase the dead pixel policy and you have six or more dead pixels you can return your notebook and receive a new screen. I hope this clears things up for you.
