There isn't really big reasons to buy a Xbox 360/PS3/Wii for me ATM. Even tho I did own a Wii.

IGN's Charles Onyett kicked up a Gears of War PC preview today that contains complaints about performance, and a startling revelation:

Packaged alongside the entertaining gameplay is an impressive feature set, particularly the option for online co-operative play. To make full use of it, however, you'll need a Live gold account, which costs money. Though Gears is entertaining, we can't say it's worth signing up for yet another service when so many other titles out there offer full access to their online features with no additional cost. If you sign up for a Live Silver account, which is free, you can still play in non-ranked multiplayer games, though your experience is feature-limited. Assuming you already have an account, don't care about the additional cost, or are content with having limited access to the online functions, then there's plenty here to enjoy. You get five multiplayer modes and 19 maps, which should provide for lots of entertainment

Starting to think DX10 was a bunch of crapo

You can barely tell the difference....if that nothing at all.

By no means do I feel like DX10 is the king. It still needs some work, imo, to be anywhere close to what they were claiming it could do to games.

However, GoW might not be utilizing many features of DX10 that could be available to such a game.

Personally, though I have DX10, I doubt I would enable it in GoW if the experience is the same as DX9. *shrug*

Kind of funny... if you swapped the pictures, or just didn't assign DX9 or DX10 to them, I couldn't tell you which was better. The differences are just too minute.

I don't see no difference
It's not just that even if there was a difference it seems to me that you would have to have more then just the videocard to see the diff, it's also going to come down to the monitor you're using and what kind of resolution you're pulling as well.

Just about the most off-topic post ever.

GOW is alright, the multiplayer is the same.. slow and kinda boring. I like the single player better.

Not really, Trivium nate advertised his Birthday a few weeks ago...

But it's all about GBrilliantQ...so pay the man behind the curtain no never mind.

Maybe someone will wish you a Happy Birthday oneofthesedaze and somebody will poo poo it?
