Problems with Live Video Streaming

Hi

I have recently purchased HP dv2000 notebook with VISTA premium installed on it. I am not able to watch any live streming videos from P2P sources on the web. Audio just works fine, but I have problems with video buffering. But, on a XP machine it just works fine. I am able to watch videos on YouTube & other similar sites. But only live videos from P2P are giving problems.

Do you guyz have any ideas reg. this???
