I just bought a dell 1501 with Vista Basic. My problem is that I will be on the internet when suddenly the screen goes completely blank with the exception that there will be a one inch square with stripped lines thru it. I have to hit the powere off button and re-boot.
Any thoughts on the problem or solution.
