Question on Fujitsu B series B2630

hi everyone i'm considering getting one of these for school, but i have a few questions, first.. please ignore my ignorance but is this laptop a regular laptop? like it runs windows and has my computer etc etc..? the prices are so low that it makes me wonder if it's one of those laptops with limited capabilities? like it only can run a few softwares that it has pre installed or something, 2nd does it come with a cd drive? 3rd, hows the battery life on these things? 4th, how's the wireless network card? and lastly would you guys recommend getting one?
