Ok, so I decided to e-mail UPS about exact rate and this is what I got.

Thank you for your response. Here is the approximate breakdown of the charges for your shipment, based on $3200.00 CAD ($2000.00 USD):
COD CHARGE $4.00
This is a UPS fee, to cover the cost of collecting the funds in this manner.
COD GST TAX $0.28
The Goods & Services Tax on the COD fee.
DISBURSEMENT $12.00
Disbursement fees are charges for UPS having to pay duty and/or taxes to the government on behalf of the importer.
ENTRY PREP FEE $58.15
Entry preparation charges are a fee for UPS processing the paperwork for a package to clear Customs
BROKERAGE GST $4.91
The Goods & Services Tax on the Brokerage charges.
CUSTOMS GST $224.00
The Goods & Services Tax on the Canadian value of the goods.
CUSTOMS PST$256.00
The applicable Provincial Sales Tax on the Canadian value of the goods.
DUTYUnknown
The above applies on all shipments, sent via Standard service, and valued at more than $20.00 in Canadian funds.
Please note, UPS provides free brokerage services for all shipments sent via any one of our air services (Express or Expedited).
