I know im dreaming but i would be so greatful to see a new A8J with a nVidia 8600 card, and hopefully the card would be upgradeable for any 7700 user.

PLEASE!! i'd pay $300 for an 8600 for my A8JS it would really increase the life of it. The Core 2 Duo 7200 is more then powerful enough. pretty please!


as incentive for any ASUS tech that designs an 8600GT for our A8J's i'll let you have your way with my girlfriend for a night, or your way with me if thats your speed. JUST MAKE THE CARD PLEEEEAAASSSEEE!!!!

I really hope your girlfriend doesn't see that post...

and the F8 should be here soon. It's got an 8600 in it, and it may be possible to put that vid card in an A8Js if Asus sticks with the same design.

shes ready to take one for the team for the sake of getting me higher frame rates. i routinely farm her out to the landlord and my weed dealer when i cant pay my tab she doesnt mind, i'd tell you to ask her but i have her cleaning the floor and making me some toast. last time she burned it so i made her spend the night outside next time she wont burn my toast... y'know?
