Hoping someone knows the answer to this, I currently have BIOS v3.10 on my Aspire 5630. I have downloaded and unsuccessfully installed both v3.23 & v3.50.
The BIOS program runs and everything appears to work as it should but on restart the BIOS is still reporting as being v3.10, am I doing something wrong?
I'm having sleep (laptop not me) and standby issues and hope updating the BIOS is a step in the right direction.
EDIT:Found the cuplrit, uninstalled Sonicstage and now BIOS updates, just waiting on finding it if sleep issue is now resolved
