USB 2 in A6M

hello
I have a problem with my Asus A6M Q0079. I have had this laptop for 9 months but my USB 2 is not still working. I have windows XP SP2. At a support advices me to instal SP2 which I already have long time.
Pls help me, its very disgusting to copy data using USB 1.1

Check under Control Panel > System > Hardware Tab > Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers to see if you have "USB2 Enhanced Host Controller" listed. If you do, then you can click on it and figure out what's wrong. If not, you'll need to download it specifically.

I have checked this before, and I dont have it there. But a driver is a problem. For Asus A6M there is no USB driver on the internet, only chipset nforce driver, but it doesnt help too...

the USB2 driver is part of Windows and not model-specific. you can probably get it from Microsoft
