Fujitsu-Siemens v5545 XP audio driver?

Hello,
I've spend whole days trying to install audio on this notebook. I tried to use the driver provided by FS, but it claims no supported device was found. I tried installing Realtek Driver as well, but the result was still the same. I also tried a few patches for Windows... but none helped.
Has anybody successfully solved the audio problem of this notebook? If so, please let me know, i'm starting to loose hope to see working XP here, i'd like NOT to use Vista.
P.S.: I've installed XP Profesiol SP2 + updates.

Sir, you will need a file from Intel. View and download CPU-Z. Extract and double click cpuz.exe. On the Third Tab you will find Mainboard specifications - Esprimo Mobile V5545 - Chipset Intel GM965, Southbridge 82801 HBM. Then go to Intel website and download the file for that kind of mainboard and then you can install the audio driver and the modem.
