I need help guys for am lost... I just cleaned my hp dv9000 after a wine spill and everything works except for my touch pad...I cleaned it but I don't know what went wrong. the blue light next to the touch pad lock turns on but it does not work...I only remember seeing one cable that connects from the pad to the motherboard, unless there is another one that is missing...what can the problem be...any help will be appreciated...

try reset the touchpad ribbon again. could be that the touchpad just died on u
