Need help with my custom made Comp

hey guys, I've been given 600$ to make a decent desktop using some of my old stuff too. I've developed this stuff:

AMD XP 2400+ / ecs k7s5a pro motherboard
256 mb of 333 ram. Don't remember name
60 gig 7200 rpm hd
dvd-burner
generic case

Now I'm not sure what else I need. I'm a student in grade ten in visual media. We work with flash, corel draw, illustrator, dreamweaver, photoshop... stuff like that. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to install a lower end video card? I'd only casually play some roms, counterstrike, first person shooters and similar. I don't need great gaming performance as I have been working fine on an old k6 pc for the most part at home. Thanks for any input

you could get a radeon 7500 or something like that or a geforce3 or low end 4 for something like 60 bucks, that should be fine for CSing and doing your flash work.

If you take off the optical drive and change the case, you can get it down to 560.

Pretty good find, and I would suggest you take a look at it Loucksinator.

Thanks guys but I found a nice barebone in a local shop the other day. I don't really need much for power so I've decided on a 2200+ with a 21" monitor 256 megs 333 ram, 120 gig hard drive, and I've got some speakers to buy but I'm not experienced with pc speakers. I just want some real good 2.1 speakers.
