Vista 32bit or 64bit..

Which version of Vista Ultimate do the aurora and area-51s come with the 32bit or 64bit.I dont want to waste extra money on 4gb of ram when ill have to buyvista 64 bit if they dont install it for you.Doesnt make since to offer you 4gb and not tell you about 32bit and 64 bit.

even some people who have installed 64 bit OS still cant see all the RAM even with 4 gigs installed...even though the OS can see up too 128Gigs of RAM...

Sometimes is motherboard limitations, not even a BIOS update could fix that.

Thanks Duke. I'm looking at > 4Gb of RAM in a new desktop, so a 64 bit OS would be the way for me to go. I've been wondering how much games would suffer, but it looks like the answer is "not much".

Thanks for the info Duke! We have to use 64-bit OS for some of our applications because the do 3D rendering of medical images. We deploy 8GB of RAM in these machines and we can see all 8 GB of RAM.
