Possible to replace the processor on a Latitude D400?

Are the processors integrated on these? I've opened this thing and the cpu doesn't have a regular socket type, little lever thing. The screws to hold the heatsink on are a type I haven't seen before.

Are these not changeable?

The D400 being so thin and light it does not have a socketed CPU, it is a BGA chip soldered on, only way to upgrade is to buy another motherboard with a CPU attached.
