A200 - toolbar at top?

How do I get rid of the toolbar up top? What Toshiba startup program can I remove?



Also, what about the other toshiba processes? Can they be safely disabled, ex:
Tcrdmain.exe
Hson.exe
KeNotify.exe
Smoothview.exe

must have something to do with toshiba flash cards utility, u can try to remove from start up
