Backlight

I just bought a 5680 no to long ago and I noticed that when the screen is completely black you can see the backlight on the lcd in the left top corner that extends about 3 inches diagonally from the corner. All the other sides seem ok and do not show anything. Is this normal or should I send it for a repair? Thanks

This seems to be very normal. In a dark room, with the screen black, you can, in general, see the backlight creeping in from the left side of the screen. There was a great big thread on this a while back, not sure if there was any resolution. It doesn't bother me ('cos I almost never see it), so I haven't done anything.
