and about a year ago it was $140 now only if they will lower the memory for FB-DIMM RAM that would be great, I can use all 64 GB RAM

Go with the 2GB Transcend sticks. They use Micron chips, and come highly rated. Newegg is selling them for $62.99.

last time i checked my m170 uses 533mhz ram as against 667mhz.. maybe those are cheaper.. i use the 667mhz ram on my m1210
