As far as I know this is not available anywhere at the moment, unless you configure a new Dell or Alienware with it.
It scores a 5.3 in Vista Rating Index, which is just .1 shy of the mighty Hitachi 7k200. This thing fresh booted from Dell's license agreement screen to working much faster than I expected.
