First of all, its hard to believe that anyone is selling laptops with WinVista and only 512MB of memory. It takes a bare minimum of 1G for Vista to operate with 2G being the prefered amount. The first laptop has the best of the graphics with dedicated memory, the other two have shared. The last one has a smaller screen than the first two. Other than that, they are all pretty much the same. Dont be swayed by free printer etc. The printer is probably worth maybe $75 bucks but probably has expensive ink cartridges. And a free upgrade to 1G of memory just wont cut it as mentioned above, so nothing free there

Basically:
all 3 have the same CPU & chipset
all 3 have the same 512MB of ram, but it appears that #1 has another 512 for frree. I would not make this an issue since ram is dirt cheap these days, and like saugen mentions, you still need more thant hat in order to get Vista to run smoothly.
#1 & 3 appear to have the same hard drive, at least both are bigger than the one in #2 (I don't know about the speeds of the drives though)
#1 has a marginally better GPU than do 2 and 3. But it is still low end for a dedicated GPU. The graphics unit in #2 has more ram than the one in #1. For the last two they use shared ram so unless you have at least a gig or two of ram, they will both use less than the max listed that they can use. Also I assume that the one in #3 is a misprint, and shoud read 256MB.
#3 has a 14.1 inch screen while the other two are 15.4. Depends on how much you prefer portability over space. Note all three are the same resolution.
Other than that, they appear to be pretty much the same apart from some differences in the flavor of vista that you get.

Without knowing what you plan on using it for, it's dificult to make a recomendation. Personally I'd prefer #3 over the other 2 since I carry my laptop around a lot and prefer the smaller sie of it. But then I'd also ditch Vista & run Xp on it so the graphics card means nothing to me. If you are into gaming then any of those three. You'll want something else with a substantially better graphics unit in it.
