[XLDR] ATA error

post #1 of 4

I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 with Media Direct & Win XP. About 3 weeks ago I went out of town for couple of days and forgot to shut down my system. Came home to a black screen with error above. At first the audio & video were not working properly, so I reinstalled my audio software, which works fine now. The video still hiccups. I've checked the Device Manager and nothing seems to out of whack anywhere.
I should also add that a month ago I added Ipod/Itunes. Not sure if there might be a "conflict of interest" with other software I have.
I am SOOOO frustrated. It's not the same computer anymore.
Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!

Thanx...Darlene ~:->>>

Not sure if you're asking me if I have "done" the above that you're referring to or if should "do" the above that you're referring to.

With that much of a "vague" answer I think I just might hold up for the next opinion that some one can come up with.

thanx anyways!?!
