Well i got everything up and running sad thing is i had to reinstall windows, i couldnt use the mouse or keyboard when attempting to load in to XP Pro, i tried to load in to vista and got the blue screen -o- death.

So i'm on a freash copy of XP Pro, and its running smooth as silk. however.

My G5 lazer mouse wont work....
also the 650i has a 6pin CPU connector, i only have a 4pin, do i need a new PSU because of this?

No,,,,First i've never heard of a 6 pin CPU power???Are you sure its not a PCIE cable? Most newer PSU's come with 4 or 8 pin for the CPU you can use either or...SO if your using a 4 pin and it powers and run, its fine you dont need another psu.
